I am a seasoned International Project Director with a proven track record of successfully managing change in the maritime-, logistics- & manufacturing domains. Backed up by accreditations for PMI-PMP, IPMA-B, APICS CPIM, Prince2, Agile Scrum Master- & Product Owner, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt & SAFe® 5 Lean Portfolio Manager. With an extensive background in consecutive roles as Sr Project Manager, Project Portfolio Manager, Program Manager, ICT Director, & several years as Project Director, now focusing on Director-level positions @ mid-sized corporate companies in the Supply chain/Manufacturing domain.

On behalf of corporate headquarters, I guide international OpCo’s in focusing on the optimization of mission-critical business processes for maximizing ROI to meet objectives set. Another goal is encouraging, & embedding continuous improvement to set them ahead of the competition & help them determine the best direction to maintain that. Often this requires initiating IT solutions to execute the envisioned business strategy. Including driving turnarounds of troubled projects to regain the traction to deliver.

My 15+ years of experience holding international positions at prominent customers, suppliers, and implementation partners makes me fully conscious of foreign customs, cultures & points of view. I am well aware of all interests at stake ensuring stakeholder consensus on the chosen strategy, and goals set to define the roadmap. Providing leadership to multidisciplinary, (inter-)national, on-site/remote teams, project managers, and direct reports up to 20 FTE for successful digital transformation programs. Includes liaising with vendors and managing €6M+ program budgets.
